Top 4 Things That Will Hinder Your Quest For An 8" Penis - I Used To Be A Below Average 5.5 Inches

A penis size of eight inches long and six inches around has become somewhat of a "holy grail" for guys who want to get bigger. 1. Thinking pills will add permanent size to your penis. Penis enlargement pills cannot increase the actual structure of your organ. Even the best ones on the market function simply as weak analogs of prescription medication such as Viagra and Cialis. This means that all they will do is open up the blood vessels at the base of your penis and allow you to become erect more easily, which if you are someone who has issues with erectile dysfunction or weak erections, you may see what looks like a temporary increase in size. However, these gains are not permanent as the actual structure of your penis is unchanged.

2. Not keeping your body in shape. Did you know that every 30 pounds of unnecessary fat you add to your body can cost you as much as an inch in penis size. It is true. So while getting on a penis enlargement routine is important, you shouldn't eschew your gym routine to do it. Make sure your waistline is trim and you don't carry a bunch of fat in the pubic region. Therefore, making sure you are taking full days off is just as important as making sure you are doing your penis exercises at least three days per week. My preferred method when I enlarged my member was two days on, one day off, two days on, two days off, then repeat. That way I took at least one day off for every two days on, and I never overdid it by exercising my penis more than two days in a row.
